Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of LeadsLockAI. By signing up for an account or starting a trial, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
LeadsLockAI is a subscription software service that runs an AI lead response assistant for local service businesses. The service covers inbound SMS auto-replies, a website chat widget, lead qualification through natural conversation, lead notifications to the business owner, and a dashboard for reviewing conversations and leads. Subscription tiers range from $197 to $497 per month, with $297 per month being the most common plan.
Subscription, billing, and cancellation
- New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial. You will only be charged if you do not cancel before day 7.
- After the trial, your card is charged monthly on the same day of the month as the original signup, until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from the dashboard or by emailing support@leadslockai.com. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
- Refunds outside of the trial are handled case by case. If something on our end broke and you lost leads as a result, contact us and we will make it right.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use LeadsLockAI to:
- Send unsolicited bulk SMS, spam, or messages that violate CASL, the TCPA, or any other anti-spam law in your jurisdiction.
- Harass, defraud, or impersonate any person or business.
- Automate scraping, harvesting, or unauthorized data collection from other businesses or their customers.
- Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement (the Premium plan includes a white-label option negotiated separately).
If we believe an account is being used to break these rules, we may suspend or terminate it.
Service availability
We target 99.5% uptime measured monthly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The product depends on third-party providers (Vercel, Supabase, Twilio, Groq, Stripe), and downtime in any of them may affect ours. Planned maintenance is communicated by email when feasible.
Limitation of liability
LeadsLockAI is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the total subscription fees you paid in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Customer data ownership
You own your business data and the lead data that flows through the service. We act as the processor of that data on your behalf for the purpose of running the AI assistant and the dashboard. You can export leads from the dashboard or request a full export by emailing support@leadslockai.com. On account closure, your data is deleted within 90 days as described in the Privacy Policy.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment after a 14-day grace period, or immediately for a material breach of these terms (for example, spam or abuse). On termination, the data deletion timeline in the Privacy Policy applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product or the law evolves. For material changes, we will give account owners at least 30 days notice by email. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
